These Terms of Service set forth the agreement between you and upfile.live regarding the use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

UpFile provides temporary file storage and file sharing. Users can upload files of any format within 500MB themselves. After uploading, a file link will be generated, which can be shared or used to download the original file. Files will be automatically deleted after 3 days.

Users can also manually delete uploaded files. Once files are manually or automatically deleted by the system, they cannot be recovered. Please make sure to backup your files.

Once uploaded, files will be exposed on the internet and can be downloaded by anyone. Please keep the file link safe to prevent unauthorized access and potential data breaches. After the file transfer is complete, please manually delete the file.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities or unlawful actions.
  • You agree not to interfere with, disrupt, or damage our services in any way.
  • You agree not to use our services to engage in any activities that infringe upon the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
  • You agree not to upload malicious or illegal files, including but not limited to viruses, malware, unhealthy files, and applications.

3. Service Fees and Payment Terms

  • Our service may incur charges, and specific fee rates will be clearly notified to you when you use the service.
  • You agree to pay the relevant fees in accordance with our payment terms.
  • As the service is virtual, refunds will not be supported once the service has been paid for and delivered.
